Inventory Specialist

Salary : 6 500 - 8 000 PLN gross UoP

Your duties:
  • Manage daily warehouse release orders , ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
  • Work closely with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to support day-to-day operations and resolve fulfilment issues.
  • Oversee inventory flow and reporting , ensuring proper documentation and coordination with external warehouses.
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory by placing timely, cost-effective purchase orders.
  • Identify and drive process improvements in inventory and warehouse management to increase accuracy and efficiency.
What we expect from you:
  • Job experience in similar position +2 years
  • Experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Knowledge background : field of studies or work related
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with confidence working with data , reports, and product specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other teams, suppliers, and external warehouses.
  • Team player, able to use own initiative and problem solving within constraints
  • Language skills : Polish - C1, English - B2
Bonus points: Experience in the packaging industry and knowledge of printing techniques.
